DESCRIPTION
Every bedroom in the Algonquin is upstairs and every living space is down. The upper floor carries four — the master at 11′-8″ x 15′-0″ under a vaulted ceiling with its own ensuite, three more at 13′-1″ x 11′-6″, 11′-0″ x 9′-3″ and 9′-10″ x 9′-10″, and a second full bath between them. The main floor runs to four separate rooms rather than one open span: a 16′-9″ x 15′-3″ family room, an 11′-8″ x 14′-8″ living room, a 10′-0″ x 11′-0″ dining room and a 14′-8″ x 11′-0″ kitchen with a breakfast nook and walk-in pantry.

Algonquin, answered.
What's included in the Algonquin price?
The starting price covers the home built to spec, delivered and installed on a prepared foundation. Foundation, site preparation, servicing, permits and development charges sit outside it and are quoted separately against your lot. The Algonquin covers a 47′-0″ by 44′-6″ footprint including the attached garage, so excavation, driveway and servicing runs are larger jobs here than on a compact model.
How are the four bedrooms arranged?
All four are on the upper floor, which leaves the entire main floor to living space. The master runs 11′-8″ x 15′-0″ under a vaulted ceiling with its own ensuite; the other three are 13′-1″ x 11′-6″, 11′-0″ x 9′-3″ and 9′-10″ x 9′-10″, sharing a second full bathroom. Nothing sleeping sits on the ground floor, so the two halves of the house don’t compete with each other.
Is the Algonquin open-concept?
No, and that’s deliberate. The main floor is a set of separate rooms: a 16′-9″ x 15′-3″ family room, an 11′-8″ x 14′-8″ living room, a 10′-0″ x 11′-0″ dining room, a breakfast nook off the kitchen, and a 14′-8″ x 11′-0″ kitchen with its own walk-in pantry. If you want one large open span, that’s a layout change to raise early — but the reason this plan has four distinct spaces is that a family of six can use them at the same time without being in one room.
How many bathrooms does the Algonquin have?
Two full bathrooms and a powder room. The master ensuite is upstairs with a soaker tub and a separate shower. The second full bathroom is also upstairs, serving the other three bedrooms. The powder room sits off the main-floor foyer, so guests never go upstairs.
Does the Algonquin have a garage?
Yes — a 20′-6″ x 21′-9″ attached garage, with a separate workshop room off it. The workshop is walled off rather than a corner of the bay, which makes it usable for tools, gear or a project without giving up parking. Both are part of the plan as drawn.
Can the layout be changed?
Yes — the Algonquin is a starting point, not a fixed drawing. The main floor is the more flexible half, since the family room, nook and living room are separated by partition walls rather than structure in most places; combining two of them into one open space is the most common request on this plan. Changes that move plumbing or exterior walls cost more than changes that don’t, so raise them before the drawings are finalised.
