1. Design
Choose from 21 existing house plans or work with our design team on a fully custom floor plan. Every model is engineered to meet Ontario Building Code requirements before a building permit is submitted.
2. Build
Your home is constructed at our facility using high-quality construction materials and precision building techniques — while site prep, foundation type selection, utility connections, and site work happen on your lot simultaneously. This parallel construction method means faster construction timelines and less waste than traditional site-built alternatives, without any compromise to build quality or highest standards of structural performance.
3. Deliver
Completed modules are transported to your home site and staged for installation. Our team coordinates delivery logistics end-to-end — including route planning, site access verification, and crane scheduling — while managing all required municipal coordination such as road occupancy permits, delivery timing approvals, and building permit alignment where needed.
4. Install
Foundation installation, module setting, utility hookup, and final inspections are completed by licensed trades. The result is a permanent, code-compliant new home with lower operating costs and better energy performance than most traditional homes of comparable square footage.
